How do I select the right size for my dog tag?

What Material Are Dog ID Tags Made Of?
All Pet Tags are made of high quality, high durable materials such as Stainless Steel or Brass, some of our tags use hardened enamel to ensure longer lasting designs, and our top designer tags are made with Genuine Swarovski Diamante Crystals.
Will The Engraved Text Fade Out?
The text will NEVER fade out or chip away. We use a deep engraving technique and provide a lifetime guarantee that the text on your Pet Tag will be readable for the life of your pet.
Simply email us with a photo of your tag and your order number and we’ll be happy to replace any faulty tags.

How do I attach the tag to my dog's collar?
Every tag comes with a heavy duty stainless steel split ring to secure the designer tag to your dogs collar.
Orders & Shipping
Where is my tag engraved & shipped from?
All our designer dog tags are engraved and shipped from a local engraving specialist. Your tag comes right out of Portland or the closest city nearby. We guarantee 100% accuracy with all details and will instantly ship out a replacement for any engraving errors.
Shipping: We process your order within 24hrs of being placed in one of our local engraving centres. All tags are polished, packed and posted the same day of the custom engraving.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48hrs of the order being placed.
Shipping of our tags normally takes 3 – 5 business days, depending on where you are located.
**Due to the current COVID crisis, shipping may be delayed by a couple of days. If you have not received your tag within 10 business days, please contact us from our contact page here.

YES, it its! 🙂 Just pick a dog tag you want to engrave, select the size and start typing. You can play around with the perfect combinations of words and custom engraving ideas. Some love it funny, others like it short and simple. You can find out what you want and have a good preview of what your custom dog name tag will look like. Once you are ready, just proceed and we will get your customised dog tag engraved for you.

How fast is shipping?
As fast as humanly possible! All of our designer tags are processed within 24 hrs. Our team will manually check that your selected words can be engraved. Otherwise, we check with you by email. Once perfect, our local engraver partner in the US will get to work and carefully engrave your custom text. After a careful polish, we pack your dog tag including a free split ring, and off it goes by mail. Delivery times may vary, but usually arrive between 3 – 4business days. We give our best to ensure super fast, high quality and customised engraving service for all our dog ID tags.
